Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes.

• Wagering Requirement: A 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳25,000 in bets.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to a third party.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; if not used within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• tk22 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
• If a user is found to be abusing the bonus system, tk22 reserves the right to cancel the relevant account's bonuses and associated winnings.

VIP Program

tk22's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on continued active participation and use of the platform.

Gaming Policy & Fair Play

All games at tk22 operate on the principles of fairness and transparency. We are committed to ensuring a fair play experience for users.

• Any interference or manipulation in determining game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• No automated software, bots, or any other third-party tools may be used while playing games.
